Shipping policy

All orders are shipped out within 3 business days.

We accept no liability for orders lost when you have selected local delivery. We drop orders on your porch Monday to Friday afternoons. It’s your responsibility to keep that order safe after it’s dropped by us. 

We accept no liability for orders lost by Canada Post when you select untracked stamped shipping. There is no insurance or tracking on these orders.

Canada Post offers $100 insurance on tracked orders. If your order is worth more than this, you may want to reach out to us and request full insurance. Canada Post will only cover up to $100 on lost orders.
